XPON ONT
Alpha Max Technologies’ ONT subsystems (ONT28, ONT27, and ONT23A) are advanced access nodes within the FTTH (Fibre to the Home) GPON architecture, designed to deliver seamless triple-play services—Voice, Video, and Data—for residential, business, and mobile backhaul applications. These sleek, compact, and power-efficient ONTs provide reliable connectivity with the highest dedicated bandwidth and support the dying gasp feature, allowing differentiation between power loss and fiber cuts.
Each ONT requires a single fiber drop and offers robust user interface options. The ONT28 features 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 VOIP ports, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The ONT27 provides 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 VOIP port, and Wi-Fi, while the ONT23A includes 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 1 Fast Ethernet port, 1 VOIP port, and Wi-Fi. All ONTs connect to the Optical Distribution Network (ODN) through a single PON interface.
These systems are powered by an external +12V DC supply and can operate with an AC-DC adaptor for a 160-270V AC input. Designed for minimal maintenance and adaptable to non-AC environments, the ONTs are compact units that can be mounted on tables or walls for convenience.
